About Sunnyvale Presbyterian Church (SVPC)
Who is SVPC?
A warm and hospitable community of people just like you trying to figure out how to live the full and flourishing life God has created for us. We are an increasingly diverse community. You can expect to find people here who are not sure about what they believe to many who have a deep and abiding faith. No matter where you are on your journey, you are welcome—doubts and all!
What is SVPC all about?
We lead full lives that sometimes get bogged down in distractions and therefore need more meaningful connections in life. We believe those connections begin in the God who loves us in Jesus. At SVPC, we are on a mission to be Rooted in Christ and Reaching Out in Love. This means we center ourselves in God so that we might better serve the world.
We have three worship services every Sunday.
- 7:50 a.m.—Early Light is Taizé-inspired service that includes weekly communion
- 10 a.m.—Traditional worship features time-honored hymns
- 5 p.m.—Intersections is our casual, contemporary service
What about the kids?
Children are always welcome at any of our three worship services. We provide a safe and nurturing church school environment for infants, children and youth at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Read more details about our children and youth programs.
I hope you will browse the website to learn more about who we are. By far, the best way to get to know us is to visit.
I look forward to personally welcoming you!
